The 18 anniversary of the establishment of Macao Chinese Catering Association(MCCA) and its first supervisors' inaugural ceremony cocktail party were held in WanHaoXuan Restaurant on June 30, 2005. Guests invited and present are Dr. He, Hong Shen, Mr. Tang, Zhi Jian, Mr. Xu, Shi Yuan, Mr. Chen, Qi Ming and Mr. Li, Peng Zhu.
 
In addition to the new leaders' inaugural affairs, the party also emphatically praised the outstanding contributors in the catering trade. Mr. Mai, Guang Fan- the president of the Prince Hotels & Catering Management Corporation Limited won the honor too and was awarded by Dr. He, Hong Shen-the forever honorary chairman of MCCA.

MCCA was founded in 1987 with the aim to carry forward China's food culture of long standing and well established, to absorb the essence of China as well as global food culture, to combine the style and characteristic of Macao cooking style and cuisine, to form bright and colorful food culture for the HaoJiang River, and to grand the Macao Chinese Catering Association with honor.

The establishment of MCCA better unites people in the catering trade and advances the prosperity and stability of Macao, surmounting the catering trade of Macao and even the whole district of Pearl River Delta. Thus it forms a diversified cuisine trend. 


 
The Chairman of MCCA is awarding certificates to Dr. He, Hong Shen and Miss. Liang, Angel to be the honorary chairman and the honored chairman.
