Mr. Yuktong Yip, 41 years old, Chinese Hong Kong citizen, is the executive director of Xi'an Prince Catering Investment & Management Group Corporation Limited.

Mr. Yip was born in DongGuan in GuangDong province and migrated to Hong Kong in 1980. From 1980 to 1986, Mr. Yip was working for the HuaFu Costume Factory while studying in the night school. From 1986 to 1988, he served for the TongDeShi Garment (Group) Corporation Limited. In 1988, he established the Fly Eagle (H.K.) Enterprises Company, engaging in the electronic trading business. In 1996, Mr. Yip founded Sky Wise Holdings Limited and assumed office as the executive director. The company involves in electronic science and technology, logistics and catering, etc.
