Mr. Guangfan Mai

Chairman of the board of Xi'an Prince Catering Investment & Management Group Co., Ltd.

Mr. Guangfan Mai, 36 years old, Chinese Hong Kong citizen, is the chairman of the board of Prince Hotels & Catering Management Corporation Limited. Mr. Mai was engaged in the career of catering since 16 years old as a disciple of Chef Master. Yap, GuanYi-the king of abalone.
In 2004

He currently holds the posts as the deputy chairman of China Catering Association, as the honorary chairman of ShenZhen Association of Hotel and Restaurant, as a member of the CPPCC National Committee in ZhongShan, and as the chairman of ZhongShan Catering Association.
In 2003
He became the deputy chairman of ZhongShan Commerce Union and the honorary chairman of ShenZhen Association of Hotel and Restaurant.
In 2002
He assumed office in ZhongShan Tourism Association as the deputy chairman, in ZhongShan Catering Association as the chairman and in GuangDong Catering Association as the deputy chairman.
In 2001
Mr. Mai was honored as Chinese Famous Chef Master. In the following July, he started ShenZhen Prince Restaurant and created the Prince's series.
In 1997
He was the awardee of "Blue Medal" by French Catering Association and honoured as one of the top six young chefs in China.
In 1996
Mr. Mai founded the first Restaurant in 1996 and obtained the "Outstanding Star" of French Catering Association in 1996.
